Cancellation

Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and are subject to the following conditions:

25% Non-Refundable Cancellation Fee: 25% of the registration fee on written cancellations received up to 15 working days prior to the start of each camp.
50% Non-Refundable Cancellation Fee: 50% of the registration fee on written cancellations less than 15 working days prior to the start of each camp.
Once the camp starts, no refunds will be issued.
NO SHOWS – NO REFUND!
