Our Easter Hoops Rec Camp is a combination of FUNdamental skills with specific basketball skill work. The groups will be divided by skill level and the sessions will be based on helping the athletes develop their fundamental skills with the goal of helping them be successful in their next tryout (school, club, provincial team, academy, etc). Coaches will be evaluating and adjusting the practice plans based on the progression of the players.
Our Easter Hoops Elite Camp will be a combination of skill development using the constraint lead approach and 3x3 to prepare the athletes to compete at a provincial team tryout level. This is a great opportunity to get some shots up and keep the legs going over the easter break.
Our Camps will consist of a mix of the following activities:
- Small sided games working on skill development and competing
- Skill development through station work with progressions at each station
- 3x3 mini games
- Coach Challenges (athletes challenge the coaches to different tasks)
- Leadership opportunities for campers
